Programs
Mom and Tot
This is a basic gymnastics program for boys and girls ages 18 months to 3 years. Parents attend classes with their children and participate in all class activities.
Preschool Gymnastics
This is a basic gymnastics program for boys and girls ages 3 years through 5 years that have not yet entered kindergarten. These basic gymnastics classes focus on teaching students gross motor skills, coordination, and socialization.
Recreational Gymnastics
This is a basic gymnastics program for boys and girls ages 5 and up. These basic gymnastics classes are for beginner gymnasts and focus primarily on skill refinement and technique.
Future Stars
This is a gymnastics program made up of girls beginning the USAG Junior Olympic Program. This class is by invitation only and continues to focus on skill refinement and technique.
Shining Stars
This is a gymnastics program made up of girls beginning the USAG Junior Olympic Program. This class is by invitation only and prepares young gymnasts for the competitive levels by further developing skills and learning basic compulsory routines.
Competitive Levels 3-9
These teams are made up of girls progressing through the USAG Junior Olympic Program. These competitive gymnasts have mastered the fundamental gymnastics skills and are working toward the progression of levels.
Private Lessons
These are private lessons held one-on-one with a gymnastics coach. They are offered to both gymnasts and cheerleaders. Prices are $20 per hour or $15 per half hour. Please call (717) 436-5084 for available times.
Cheer Tumbling
This is a one hour, one day a week class held for cheerleaders who wish to enhance their tumbling skills needed for cheer squads. Registration is not needed in advance. Classes are held during the school year on Wednesdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Summer dates and times will be posted by May. Price is $10 per class.
Birthday Parties
PJ Gymnastics rents the use of its main gym and mini gym for birthday parties on Saturdays for 1 1/2 hours. They consist of one hour of supervised games and recreational activities, plus trampoline instruction by qualified instructors. Use of the lobby is also available for refreshments and presents. Price is $80 for up to 10 children and $5 extra for every additional child.
